Ty Menyn Holiday Cottage Accommodation
'Ty Menyn' is located behind 'Brynmorfa' the owner’s family home. These two buildings were originally commissioned by a late Victorian butter merchant to comprise of both residence and workrooms. The current owners of 'Brynmorfa' have converted the former Butter House into a characteristic self contained holiday cottage; features include solid oak double glazed windows, staircase and flooring throughout lounge, landing and bedrooms. The property has full central heating. All the door openings on the ground floor are 800mm wide and the floors are flush to allow easy access. All three bedrooms are well furnished decorated in a classic contemporary style, light and airy. The en-suites are all fully tiled. All rooms have remote flat screened TV’s with DVD's, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks. Quality bed linen and towels are provided. Cot's available on request. Features

Double bed 4’6” This en-suite is a wet room designed to be disabled friendly with no raised floor areas: there is a large shower head, disabled toilet and grab rails are fitted. First floor landing leading to Bedroom 2: Size: 18.5ft x 9.4ft Kingsize 5ft double bed. This en-suite has a 900mm square shower. Heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: Size: 18.5ft x 9.4ft. Optional twin beds 2 x 3ft or 6ft Superking double bed. This en-suite has a bath with showerhead handset. Heated towel rail. Outside Parking is available for two cars. We have outside wash facilities for boots, bikes etc. There is a safe lock up area outside and shared access to a chest freezer ideal for storing bait and fish. The outside area consists of raised flower beds and the ground is tarmaced. A ramp is available to allow easy wheelchair access into 'Ty Menyn'.
